SSI Sales Associate

As Sales Associate with SSI, you will be a salesperson in training responsible for supporting the sales delivery and recruiting efforts of SSI’s prospects and customers. After successfully completing the initial working training period (8-10 weeks) at our HQ in Pittsburg, PA, you will be moved to an Account Management role in your local market to service your own customer base. ***Travel and living accommodations will be provided for the training program.***

Required Skills:
· 6 months – 3 years of proven experience in a B2B Sales or Account Management role
· Experience scheduling appointments with decision makers via phone and in person cold calling
· Experience and comfort attending networking events
· Experience and confidence effectively running sales appointments and presenting product/service offerings via a consultative, relationship driven approach
· Excellent communication skill
· Winning attitude, positive mindset, and proven work ethic
· Bachelor’s Degree
Job Responsibilities:
· Schedule one on one appointments with decision makers via cold calling, email follow up, and social selling
· Attend in person meetings with decision makers to uncover opportunities and build relationships
· Use networking strategies to uncover a pipeline of opportunities
· Work with internal recruiting team to identify qualified talent
· Maintain required sales quota, sales call, and in person visit metrics
· Manage customer relationships to assure exceptional customer experience is being achieved
