Internal Job Title: Info Security Advisor (Active Directory)
Location: Atlanta, GA on-site preferred, or Indianapolis, IN or Richmond, VA
Opportunity to use your knowledge and expertise in Active Directory within a multi-cloud environment. Thorough knowledge and in-depth experience with Microsoft Active Directory in the areas of engineering, monitoring, maintenance, administration/operations, troubleshooting, and integration is required. Ability to provide top-level support and serve as a technical escalation point of contact for complex problems related to Active Directory is required. Experience with Active Directory Monitoring, Maintenance, GPO, and PowerShell is required. Experience with networking, small-scale technical project management, documentation, and metrics reporting is highly desired.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide top-level technical support for resolution of complex problems
- Health and Capacity-monitoring of Active Directory
- Collect and analyze capacity data for planning or proactive resolution of issues
- Resolve findings from various assessments including Health, Security, and Vulnerability assessments - Perform complex configuration changes to meet project or business requirements
- Participate in assigned infrastructure projects as a key member of project team
- Participate in On-Call support rotation as scheduled
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Participate in Active Directory integration/migration projects as needed
- Manage internal projects related to system deployments, upgrades, or updates
Qualifications:
- 5 - 8 years’ experience in a support & operations of active directory (implementation, engineering and operations) within an enterprise environment
- Expertise with Microsoft Active Directory is required
- Azure AD, IDaaS and Powershell experience are required.
- Requires BS/BA Degree; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- The ability to provide on-call support (rotation) is required
- Experience working in large enterprise with at least 50,000 seats or higher is required
Security Certifications: Azure certification preferred or other technical security certifications (e.g. Systems Security Certified Practitioner, Certification and Accreditation Professional)
- Significant experience with multiple technical and business disciplines preferred
- Working knowledge and understanding of industry-accepted data processing controls and concepts as applied to hardware, software, data, network communications, and people
